Very usable site with quick enough delivery kept in the loop with the Royal mail tracker good prices order from previous orders,good amount of stock covering all aspects of stationery all I will need as I develop my business going forward

Easy to order my inks and they arrived promptly

Normally 999 Inks give brilliant service but on this occasion I was disappointed because I deliberately ordered HP brand inks and I was sent compatibles. Was this because I took the special offer of a percentage off the proper price? Nothing was written to suggest this.

I was given a tracking number said it would be delivered in 3days 2weeks later i contact them and they didnt have it in stock.i had to wait another 3weeks for the stock to come in.. if i would of been contacted and told about the wait it wouldnt of been that bad.

There were issues with an individual printer cartridge that were sorted satisfactorly with personal communication;

After resistance of printer (Epsom) my printer then failed to function despite us repeating “proceed”. We replaced with epsom inks and still printer failed to function

I regularly receive E Mail offers of discounts on the purchase price of an item. However, when I log on to purchase the item there does not seem to be an option to record the discount to reduce the price which is very frustrating. It suggests that no real discount on the price is available which is a bit of a sharp practice by the supplier.

Only weak link is continuing to use Royal Mail during strike periods. PS I have been assured that they are using alternative couriers on strike days. That’s a result?

The laser printer toner that I recently purchased was a great experience. The delivery was fast and efficient, arriving within the promised timeframe. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for the product. The quality of the toner was also high, with clear and crisp printouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

Sorry to give you 1 star. Can’t complain about the speed In which the products were sent.

The product itself, very poor. Ink wouldn’t bond to paper. Fuser unit all good. Resent order to see if it was the inks. Still the same issue. Sent back got a refund. Now when I’ve gone to print, the excess ink left on the rollers has caused an issue. So much so, the Fuser unit was smoking this morning.

Just be careful!
